Hi Lorraine, I have been meaning to drop a line to you/your boss for a few weeks to thank you for the superb customer service when I bought the bulk of our bathroom from you recently. I'm so used to people not replying to emails, never returning calls, ordering the wrong things, making a fuss if orders need to be changed etc etc that dealing with you was an absolute joy! You were always there to deal with queries - usually responding to emails within about half an hour and nothing was too much trouble. When some of the stock was unavailable, I would have gone elsewhere if it hadn't been for the prompt and positive way in which you helped me to decide on something else from within the catalogue - by this time I knew that you would deliver on your promises, so I had confidence that if I ordered the alternative, there wouldn't be delays. So, this is just a big thank you - I couldn't find an email address of a senior person to copy in to the email, but I do hope you forward this on so you get the recognition you deserve.
